Dr. Angela Birts

Angela Birts, EdD | ​Educator, Consultant & Owner of Birts Equity and Inclusion Solutions LLC, Adjunct Faculty at the University of California Santa Cruz​ ​ Dr. Angela Birts is a professional educator, diversity consultant, social entrepreneur, and college lecturer committed to advancing educational equity and fostering diverse and inclusive environments for all. She has a Bachelor's in English and Communications from Lake Forest College and a Master's in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University. She became the first African American to earn an Education Doctorate from San Jose State University.
