Not a lot is known about the world of independent bottling. The process, where companies buy and bottlle single spirit casks for resale, however, is exemplified by the people behind Single Cask Nation. This five year old company, which was born out of the blogs of its founders, has bottled some of the rarest and most delicious whiskies in the world.
